Digital Knitting Patterns:

Shipping:

  • Instant Digital Delivery: All digital knitting patterns are delivered electronically via email or through a download link provided after purchase.
  • Delivery Time: Digital patterns are typically available for download immediately after successful payment processing.
  • No Physical Shipping: As these are digital products, no physical shipping is required.

Returns/Refunds:

  • Due to the digital nature of our knitting patterns, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical difficulties with downloading or accessing your digital pattern, please contact us at info@uniqueknitdesigns.com for assistance. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  • Incorrect Pattern Delivery: If you receive an incorrect digital pattern, please contact us immediately, and we will provide the correct pattern.

Physical Knitting Patterns:

Shipping:

  • Delivery Area: Physical patterns are available for delivery to UK and Ireland only.
  • Shipping Method: Physical patterns are shipped via Royal Mail, second class.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Estimated delivery times will be provided 1 at checkout.  
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are fixed and included in the sale price when purchasing.

Returns/Refunds:

  • Damaged Items: If your physical pattern arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect physical pattern, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Returns for Other Reasons: Due to the nature of printed patterns, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or incorrect items.
  • Return Shipping: In cases of damaged or incorrect items, we will provide instructions for return shipping.
